🛍️ Return & Exchange Eligibility
- We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- You report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories (if any).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal dislike after receiving the product.
- Wrong size or color selected by the customer (if correct product was delivered).
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
- Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) that were refused at the time of delivery.
📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Share your order number, issue details, and clear photos of the received product.
- Our team will review and guide you through the return or exchange process.
💰 Refund Process
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash, depending on the payment method used.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- In case of a rejected return (e.g., used or damaged product), no refund will be issued, and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

- Return shipping charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake is from our side.
- Store Zada reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria.
